Take part in the PPT’s Give it 10 Yoga Challenge

Try our challenge of 10 minutes of yoga or meditation a day for 7 days!  Thousands of people in prisons across the country find yoga helps their mental health.

This short sequence is a good starting point and if you would like more ideas for 10 minute practices, we have a free pack to send you.  Breathing

plays a central role in yoga and meditation.  Every breath is new and a chance to start afresh. Follow along to channel your breath into your belly, which may help to reduce anxiety.  Try this and see how you get on. Sitting or lying down works well too. Breathe in and out through your nose if possible.

Repeat steps 2 and 3, breathing slowly and gradually filling and emptying your lungs.
